Europe APRIL 2024 – Iceland

Because of a special phenomenon, Iceland has been on our bucket list. A few days before flying to Europe, my hubby was able to take advantage of a promotional that lets you postpone your departing flight to stay up to five days in Iceland. We only had three days, and we made the most of it. To our good fortune, the main street in downtown Reykjavik ended at a plaza in front of our hotel. Once again, we walked to flow with the locals, window shop, and then really shop. To see the wilder side of Iceland, we booked a tour of the Golden Circle for a daytrip. As for seeing that special phenomenon. Click above to see for yourself in this PhotoTravel book. Enjoy!

Those were some of my favorite sights, as well! We didn’t get to see the Northern Lights on our trip, but it is worth going back for a day at the Blue Lagoon!! Melis

I would go back to visit the Blue Lagoon and do the horseback riding.
